Golden Hillock Community Care Day Services
Golden Hillock Community Care Day Services provide a community based support service to adults of South Asian origin (aged 18-65) who are experiencing mental health problems.
Our aim is to enable people with mental health issues to gradually channel back into the mainstream of life, with the same range of choices as any citizen, participate fully in everyday tasks and activities, and learn to take control of their lives.
We do this through a number of activities such as living skills, self advocacy, Basic English and Maths classes, yoga, swimming, gardening, social skills, art & crafts and relaxation classes. We also organise day trips as well as social & sport activities on a regular basis.
